Find answers to common questions about our art classes in Crowborough

  • Isabelle's classes welcome all skill levels. The classes often welcome complete beginners as well as returners. Each session will support your individual learning journey with personalised guidance from Isabelle.

  • Day time Classes take place at All Saints Crowborough, in the Coffee Bar in the Parish Halls. The exact address and directions will be provided when you book your class.

  • You do not need to bring any Art Supplies. All materials and supplies are included in the class fee. Just bring yourself and your creativity! If you have preferred materials, you're welcome to bring them along.

  • You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred class. Book for the whole term of classes or if you know you are on holiday for 1 week then select all the weeks you can attend and pay for those. Payment is taken at the time of booking to secure your place. Booking in advance is essential.

  • If Isabelle needs to cancel a class, you'll receive a full refund or a discount towards your next course.

    If you can't attend a scheduled class due to unforeseen circumstances, you can join the alternative session that week instead. No refunds are offered for missed classes.

  • Yes! Gift vouchers are available for all our classes and events. They make wonderful presents for creative friends and family members. Just get in touch and Isabelle will be happy to help.

  • If you know at the time of booking that you will miss a class due to holiday or other commitments, you can select individual class dates to put in your basket.

  • In the first few weeks you will do workshop style classes learning a new technique or trying a different material such as pencil, inks, watercolour or acrylics. The last few weeks are an opportunity to create a piece of work over a longer time frame and you can choose to use either acrylics or watercolours.


  • Yes, I provide teas, coffees, and biscuits during your class. It's our way of making sure you're comfortable and can focus on your creative work.

  • I am a qualified Art teacher and in 2023 set up my own business teaching adult classes and running Art events in Bournemouth where I was living.

  • That's entirely your choice. If you're anything like me, an apron is always a practical addition to have on hand.

  • Classes run in term time only.
